Terms of Service

✿I reserve the right of using the commissioned work for self-promotion purposes, such as using them in my commission sheet or portfolio.✿You are not allowed to:
-Edit, trace or modify my artwork.
-Sell or make merchandise with it if you hadn't payed the comercial fee.
-Use it in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTS, cryptos, etc.
-Use it to develop any AIs system.✿Order: To order a commission you'll need to fill the proper forms. I can refuse your commission if I don't feel comfortable doing it. I'll be contacting you via social media or email if I have doubts and to send you the process.
For NSFW (+18) commissions you MUST be an adult. I take no responsability if a minor lies about their age and ask me a NSFW commission.✿Payment: Payment will be done via Paypal in EUR(€). I will start working on the commission once i have the payment.
Refunds will not be allowed unless I haven't started working on the commission. If I already started only half of the price will be refunded.
If the commission is over 150€ payment could be divided in two.
Secret projects will cost +20% of the original price.✿Priority: If you want your commission to be on top of the waiting list you should pay an extra fee.✿Revision and changes: I will send the progress of the commission. You can change anything you want during sketch process, but once I start working on the lineart changes will be charged depending on the change.✿Final piece: I will send a link to Google Drive with the final piece.
Vtuber models will be on a .psd file or .zip file if rigged.
Vtuber models are valid for commercial use and you must credit me as your artist if you share my work on social media.I am open to any questions related to TOS.

Términos de Servicio

✿Me guardo el derecho de usar el trabajo encargado para propósitos de promocionar mi trabajo, como usarlos de ejemplo para otros encargos o incluirlo en mi portfolio.✿No está permitido:
-Editar, tracear o modificar mi trabajo.
-Vender o hacer merchandising si no se ha pagado el extra de uso comercial.
-Usarlo en cualquier tecnología relacionada a blockchain, NFT, crypto, etc.
-Usar mi trabajo para alimentar una IA.✿Encargo: Para encargar un dibujo tendrás que rellenar los formularios correspondientes. Puedo rechazar tu encargo si no me siento cómoda realizándolo. Te contactaré por redes sociales o email para dudas, envíos del proceso, etc.
Para encargos NSFW (+18) DEBES ser mayor de edad. No me responsabilizo en caso de que una persona menor de edad mienta sobre su edad y me encarga una ilustración NSFW.✿Pago: El pago se hará a través de Paypal en EUR(€). Empezaré a trabajar en el encargo una vez el pago haya sido realizado.
Las devoluciones no están permitidas a no ser que no haya empezado a trabajar en el encargo. Una vez empezado solo se devolverá la mitad del pago.
El pago de los encargos que superen los 150€ podrá ser dividido en dos pagos.
Los proyectos secretos tendrán un coste adicional del +20% del precio original.✿Prioridad: Si quieres que tu encargo sea prioritario y esté el primero en la lista de espera habrá que pagar un extra.✿Revisiones y cambios: Enviaré el proceso del encargo. Puedes pedir cualquier cambio durante el proceso del boceto, pero en el momento que comience el lineart cualquier cambio costará extra dependiendo del cambio.✿Encargo finalizado: Enviaré un link a una carpeta de Google Drive con el encargo finalizado.
Los modelos vtuber se enviarán en un archivo .psd. En caso de rig, se enviará en un archivo .zip.
Los modelos de Vtuber pueden usarse con intenciones lucrativas y se me debe acreditar como la artista en las redes sociales.¡Estoy abierta a cualquier pregunta relacionada a los términos!

✿I'm not comfortable drawing ahegao, extreme proportions (huge breasts or penis) and non-human characters, so I can reject your commission if it includes one of the previous mencioned.
✿I won't draw furry, mecha, loli or shota.If there's anything else I'm uncomfortable with, I will let you know when discussing your commission.Español:✿Las comisiones NSFW tendrán un coste adicional.
✿Puedes pedir ejemplos al contactarme.
✿Acepto cualquier tipo de pareja, al igual que cualquier género del personaje.
✿No me siento cómoda dibujando ahegao, proporciones exageradas (pechos o penes gigantes) y personajes no humanos, entonces puedo rechazar tu encargo si incluye algo de lo previamente mencionado.
✿No dibujaré furry, mecha, loli o shota.Si hay algo más con lo que no me sienta cómoda te lo haré saber en la discusión sobre el encargo.
